Description

QuadTetris is a bold reimagining of the classic falling-block puzzle.
Blocks don’t just rain from above — they can drop from all four directions, creating fresh strategies for rotation, collision, and line clearing. The familiar tension of Tetris meets a brand-new sense of freedom. The name of this project is temporary. 

 Gameplay

  • Both row elimination and collision logic rely on the direction of gravity.

Development Status

QuadTetris is currently in early prototype stage. Build with Godot_mono_v4.4.1.

  • Core mechanics — four-direction falling, collision, line clearing, block/grid customize — are already working.

  • A basic backend and game logic are complete, and the architecture supports future expansion.

  • The front-end interface and save/load system are still under development.

  • Expect placeholder art and minimal UI in the current build while we focus on polishing the core experience.
